By using this website or enagaing with EMP in a private or corporate transaction you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below. 

This website and its contents are subject to copyright which is owned by EMP or a third party. EMP does not grant you any intellectual property rights in this website, its applications, interface or contents. You must not use, display, copy, misrepresent, alter or misuse any trademark, images, data, code, details or information displayed on this website without written consent other than for the purpose of an individual or group purchasing or perusal.

We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information you derive from this website and we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions in this website or your use of this website (including any interference with or damage to your computer system). If any liability is not able to be excluded by law, we limit our liability to the resupply of the relevant information or services.

Warranties unless otherwise specified are the responsibility of the Manufacturer and EMP will make all efforts and attempts to have goods sold by us, repaired or replaced wherever possible, but in the cases of supplier closures or inability to handle or correct the claim, EMP will be released from any legal claim.

Payment of purchased items will be processed by our online processing system and or generated by our accounting system XERO.
Our credit terms where offered and only at our discretion are 30 days from invoice and customers using this cedit term agree to abide by our terms set out in this document.
Unpaid invoices 7 days after the allocated 30 days credit are deemed to be Over Due and EMP has the right right to charge late payment fees and or interest on the outstanding amounts.
EMP is a member of CREDITOR WATCH and Dunn and Bradstreet creditor reporting groups and has the right to list a non compliant / nonpaying debtor and any fees, charges, legal costs incurred in the debt settlement will be added to the customers account and be their responsibility.
  

Returns policy of supplied goods will only be accepted in certain circumstances and must have an approved RMA number supplied by us.
Goods returned without an RMA will be deemed to remain in the Customers ownership and any costs involved will remain the responsibility of the customer.
An order number generated by the EMP online system, customer supplied Purchase Order number and or a letter or email accepting an EMP generated Quote Number will be deemed as a legal binding transaction.  
Returns of customized goods will not be accepted for return. 

This website may contain links to external Internet websites. EMP does not sponsor, guarantee or approve of any material or representations in those websites and nor do we warrant that material on linked sites is free of any computer viruses, spam, hacking or defects or infringements.
